Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how Flonix users can request deletion of account data, disconnect Instagram integrations, and ask us to remove Meta-connected data processed through the platform.

Remove Flonix access from Meta
If you connected Flonix through Meta, you can revoke access from your Facebook account settings by opening Settings > Apps and Websites, locating Flonix or the app name shown in your Meta connection list, and removing it.
Revoking access from Meta stops new Meta platform data from being shared with Flonix through that connection.
Disconnect your Instagram account inside Flonix
If you still have access to your Flonix dashboard, sign in and remove the Instagram integration from your connected integrations area before requesting deletion. This helps ensure automations no longer process new Instagram events.
Request deletion from Flonix
To request deletion of your Flonix account data or Meta-connected Instagram data stored by us, email milomehelp@gmail.com with the subject line Flonix Data Deletion Request.
Include the following details in your request:
- your Flonix account email address;
- your connected Instagram username, if applicable;
- whether you want us to delete only the Meta-connected data, or your full Flonix account and related automation data;
- any extra details that help us identify your account safely.
What we delete
Once we verify your request, we will work to remove:
- connected Instagram integration records;
- stored automation data linked to the deleted account;
- conversation and webhook records no longer required to operate;
- associated account information we no longer need to retain.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or backup recovery cycles. Where retention is required, we will keep only what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Response timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete them within a reasonable period after verifying the request and confirming the scope of deletion.
