These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Flonix, including our website, dashboard, Instagram integrations, automation tools, and related services.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Flonix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Flonix provides

Flonix helps businesses manage Instagram automation workflows. This may include connecting Instagram professional accounts, configuring keyword-based triggers, sending automated replies to eligible inbound interactions, using AI-assisted conversation flows, and managing follow-up delivery experiences.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Flonix account.

If you connect an Instagram account, you represent that you are authorized to manage that business account and to grant Flonix access to the related Meta permissions and features.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flonix to:

  • violate Meta platform rules or Instagram policies;
  • send spam, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content;
  • impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your relationship to a brand;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the service;
  • use automations in ways that violate privacy, consumer protection, or marketing laws applicable to your business.

Your content and automation settings

You retain responsibility for the automation rules, reply content, URLs, offers, and business instructions you configure in Flonix. You must ensure your configured workflows are accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your audience.

If you enable AI-assisted replies, you remain responsible for reviewing and deciding how those automations are used in your customer interactions.

Third-party services

Flonix depends on third-party platforms and providers, including Meta and infrastructure services used to host the product. Availability of certain features may depend on those third-party services continuing to operate and permit the relevant integrations.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Flonix if we believe your use creates security, legal, policy, or abuse risks, or if you violate these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account or data deletion by following the instructions on our data deletion page.

Disclaimers

Flonix is provided on an as available and as is basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any specific business outcome such as lead conversion, sales, or follower growth.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flonix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service.

Changes to the service or terms

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. Your continued use of Flonix after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
